Paid Media Manager
Job Description
We are looking for a Paid Media Manager to lead clients’ paid media advertising campaigns. This role should have in-depth knowledge of planning and execution with paid social, paid search/display, and analytics. This person will bring campaigns to life with data-driven and performance-focused strategies. They will also work seamlessly with the strategy and digital marketing teams to understand media plans, investment across channels and expected deadlines for all projects.
Responsibilities
- Build, maintain and lead paid media campaigns (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, search, programmatic etc.)
- Oversee day-to-day operations of paid media campaigns including performance, pacing and audience reach
- Own relationships with agency partners and platform reps
- Optimize campaigns daily and conduct A/B testing for client objectives and campaigns
- Track and manage spend efficiently and effectively across channels
- Report on performance and communicate KPI results to internal and external teams to help with the development of strategy plans and tactical recommendations
- Communicate regularly with platform reps to ensure efficient campaigns
- Stay up to date on advertising changes across all major platforms
- Ensure regulations are followed when launching and executing campaigns for our healthcare clients
- Review current campaigns and audit for best practices (campaign set up, audience creation, creative pieces, budgets and testing)
- Troubleshoot bugs and identifying discrepancies within campaigns and reports
- Stay on top of industry and platform updates/trends and be able to identify areas of opportunity for agency
Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years executing paid media campaigns, healthcare, agency or regulated industry experience preferred
- Understanding of social media KPIs and web traffic metrics
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Pinterest Ads, Instagram, and other social media best practices
- Utilize data analysis tools for reporting
- Passionate about research and optimization
- Strong communication, time management, and multitasking skills, handling LifeSci clients’ campaigns across all social media platforms
- Detail oriented
- Ability to work independently in a team environment
- Professional verbal communication skills and willingness to ask questions and problem solve in real time
- Strong analytical skills
