Tiffany DePass

Tiffany DePass is the People Operations Manager at LifeSci Communications where she shows an understanding of how people operations align with the overall business goals and contribute to achieving them. She implements effective performance management systems, L&D and training tools to enhance the team. She collaborates with the Recruiting and Human Resources teams throughout the hiring, onboarding process and overall employee journey. She believes in the importance of creating a supportive and engaging environment that boosts team morale and confidence.

Tiffany has worked in the marketing, tech, media, business consulting and entertainment industries. She has experience supporting and partnering with CEOs and executives to drive key strategic, financial, marketing and operational initiatives forward through administrative direction.

Tiffany holds a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre from The Ohio State University.
